I teach Vinyasa-based yoga informed and inspired by the methods of the teachers with whom I have been fortunate to study — namely, my primary teachers Stephanie Snyder and Jason Crandell.
I create challenging and enjoyable asana practices that integrate poses from the various families (e.g. backbends, forward folds, spinal twists, and inversions) in a coherent, rigorous yet meditative flow designed to serve the individual needs of my students. In sequencing poses and pacing my instruction, I listen carefully and respond to all that my students communicate to me — both consciously and non-verbally, through the language of their individual bodies' habits, fluctuating energies, and present conditions.
